Qype: Food Secret in London

London - Eating & Drinking - Restaurants - International

Hmmm... Food Secret just feels a little bit "unfinished". If i were the manager i would have spent this period of time polishing all the rough edges, making sure the technology worked etc. etc. Ho hum - the food is actually pretty good. I opted for the spicy Asian soup which was delicious, but spicy as hell! Next time i will be tailor making my soup instead of picking one up from the fridge!

All in all a decent place. Give it a month or 2 before you check it out. Hopefully by then the touch screens will be working correctly, the projectors bright and the signage hung and gleaming!

Good luck to em'.

Went to Food Secret today for the first time after walking by many times too intimidated to walk in. It was fantastic after the initial, "how the hell do I eat here" period of time. It would help them greatly if they had someone out on the floor helping people along. I tailor made a salad with poached salmon amongst many other ingredients that I was able to choose with a roasted garlic dressing. I was scraping the bottom of the bowl it was so good. I will definitely be back to make my own soup but worry slightly about their success because of the slightly complicated system. I will tell as many people I can about this as it is hard to find affordable, good, healthy food in London.
